5 great things:

1. Improvement, health-wise
2. Returned a Starbucks coffee bag for Free Coffee this morning :)
3. Cooked a casserole last night that can be lunch for much of the week
4. Long walk with my parents and our dogs - and seeing the boys swim (Dash for the first time!)
5. Date nights with hubby, ending in ice cream :)
